Our Story

Glide Boats was created in a collaboration between parent and child.  My son is a tattoo artist and developed ataxia in his dominant side.  His return to tattoo is possible with therapy, but while that is progressing his concern was making a living. 

Our desire to start a company came from that and the question "what do you hate the most during tattooing?"

The answer was glide/ointment melting down the back of your hand and creating a mess everywhere.

And so, Glide Boats was born.
